SipScout aggregates information about happy hours and alcohol-related specials. You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using SipScout, you represent that you meet this requirement.

SipScout is an informational guide that surfaces publicly available details about happy hour deals at third-party venues. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the venues listed. We do not sell food or beverages and we do not process reservations or orders.

Deal information changes frequently. We work to keep listings current, but we can't guarantee that pricing, hours, availability, or venue details are accurate at any given time. Always verify details directly with the venue before visiting. SipScout is not responsible for changes to, cancellation of, or errors in any listed deal.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the Service;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Submit false, misleading, harassing, or infringing content through our contact form;
• Use the Service to promote illegal drinking or provide alcohol to minors.

When you submit a venue tip, correction, or feedback through our contact form, you grant SipScout a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish that submission as part of the Service. You represent that you have the right to share whatever you submit and that it doesn't violate any third-party rights.

The SipScout name, logo, curated content, and site design are owned by Jscholz Innovations, doing business as SipScout, and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or brand assets without prior written permission.

The Service may reference, link to, or display information about third-party venues and businesses. We may also display advertising in the future. SipScout is not responsible for the content, products, services, availability, or practices of any third party, and any interaction with a third party is solely between you and them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SipScout and Jscholz Innovations, doing business as SipScout, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SipScout, Jscholz Innovations, doing business as SipScout, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
